Plenty of products are designed in one place and made in another, an ocean apart. We do it differently. Struxa splints are designed and manufactured in Colorado: the same state, often the same building.

We engineer the open lattice and print it in-house, so the people who design a splint are close to the people who make it. That keeps the loop tight, the standards high, and the guesswork low.
