Fit & sizing

Two ways to fit.

Part of Struxa Support. Each Struxaform™ splint ships in a single fit: the Finger Splint is One-Size-Fits-All, and the Full-Finger Splint is Trim-to-Size. There is no size to pick at checkout.

One-Size-Fits-All

Ready to wear

The fit that ships with the Struxaform™ Finger Splint. A universal fit designed for simple, ready-to-use support. Open the box, put it on, and go. The open lattice flexes to sit low and close on the finger.

Trim-to-Size

Adjustable fit

The fit that ships with the Struxaform™ Full-Finger Splint. It arrives oversized so you can trim it along the lattice for a closer fit on any finger except the thumb. Start long, trim gradually, and dial in the length and coverage you want.

Trimming a Trim-to-Size splint

  1. Try it first. Put the splint on as-is to see how much length you'd like to remove.

  2. Trim gradually. With clean scissors, cut a little at a time along the lattice. It's easier to remove more than to add it back.

  3. Check the fit. Re-check comfort and coverage after each trim and smooth any rough edges. When in doubt, ask a healthcare professional for fit guidance.

Care: wipe clean with mild soap and water, allow to fully dry before reuse, and do not expose to excessive heat. Struxa splints are intended for support and are not intended to diagnose, cure, or replace medical care. Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
