Designed and made in one place

We engineer the open lattice and print it in-house, so the people who design a splint are close to the people who make it. That keeps the loop tight, the standards high, and the guesswork low.

Why it matters

Keeping design and manufacturing together means we can refine a detail and see it in the next print — not next quarter, and not after a round trip through someone else's factory. It also means we know exactly how every splint is made, down to the layer.
